How much money do arb services earn per month?
« on: Jan 20th, 2010, 4:44am »

I'm semi-profesional arber and I work hard to earn 500 euros/month. I'm curious how much money make arb services (ArbitragePro, RebelBetting, Oddstorm, ...). What do you think? I think 10K/month is a maximum.

Arb Pro would be way in excess of 10k a month with how much they charge.

Nothing.  There's plenty of sites on the internet that teach the basics of software creation for free, and you should be able to figure it out from there.  Might be quite time consuming though...

for me if u are stack on betfair some minutes before matches begin especially when there are many matches by the same time you will find many oportunities to arb because some place big bets before muches begin and odds changes rapidly so the have no response time and u can beat them even 7-8% i have found like yesterday with man united 30 mins before match begine in betfair from 2.5 in 5 minutes decreased to 2.3 so count...of curse these free sites hel

Jon if you skip the time consuming part it costs quite a lot believe me not that it is not worth it and I know most of the main service providers personally, from my point of view it is more profitable to keep my software for myself and my partners. You have f**k all chance to "figure it out for yourself" if you want to stay 1 step ahead of everyone else which is where we are inexplicably heading to make a decent profit.
It's obvious from a cursory look that most people are struggling at this time of year,I am not because I am one step or more ahead of everyone else.
And vanman I actually think Arb Pro is terrific value for money if you know what you are doing some of it's features are very good and I use them myself,it badly lacks cross market and "hidden makets" though.

Jon, from basics of softwer creation to workable aplication the way is too long.

Its aslo hardwere wich is verry important, and fast connection. There are costs with own softwere, but it gives you guarantee to bee a step before the others, which manistream services dont.

They make heaps!!

over a billion people on the web,all have got $100 to give anything a go and will.

As there is only 6-8 abers/regulars here on the ''biggest arb based forum on the net" and buy there own admission most if not all use custom made software and not subscription services that must give u and idea.

thousands of fools every day/week pay for one of these useless services 99% wont re subscribe , why? because they are useless!

want to make $1000000 knock up a another one and put it online and sit back and count the cash!

Theres a sucker born every minute!

Then when they stop buying it and re invent the format put it back out there under a different name and start again.

Even agist has a section with 10-20 of the ''dont exist anymore versions" and thats not half of them.

But hey, keep trying to find the one that works for you!!! trick is that one doesnt exist (under $500)but lets keep the dream alive!

Or maye most of them don't make anything, and that is why there are so many dead ones.

i definitely agree that the majority of them are shit (hence why so many of them die), but i doubt the ones which have been around for years and years now are simply because of the constant turn over of 1 month trials. (although I am also very confident at least one alert service (and probably several more) are in fact around for this reason).

But contrary to your reasoning here topodds, if there is a sucker born every minute (and there is) - why would these companies need to shut down, and start up under a new name? These companies have beena round for 4 or 5 years selling over-promised products which drastically under-deliver, and they continue to make major sales from month to month (but rarely if ever make any repeat sales).

Unlike the scam companies out there who rip people off (and get major negative proess), these normal monthly subscription operators simply provide a poor performance. People only spend $100 or so, and it doesn't work out 'quite as well as hoped', and so they move on. There is rarely if ever any actual complain or negative press out of the experience.
