On the internet i saw there was a quite good program which register all the transaction, it's called "arbmgr". Unfortunately, it is not available for download any more. Both SBP and the manager program are now gone.   Most pro arbers seem to just use various versions of their own excel document or similar software. A few alert service programs have their own management functions included.   SportsArbitrageWorld has arb tracking stuff built into it Rebel Betting provide a free excel document from their site if you want to see one version of an excel document. And you can download my own excel document from SAG (which is very different to the rebel betting one)
