188bet Bonus Requirements

Hi ya

I just joined 188 - as they show up regularly for some juicy %'s

I casually read the BONUS requirements and promptly forgot to notify them prior to placing my first bet - this action negates gaining the Bonus 100 quid -

They emailed me letting me know that by placing the bet I had voided my gaining the BONUS -

I complained that the explanation is rather vague regarding the requirements and they relented and GAVE me the BONUS

This is to let all know that in this Case -188 - are negotiable and are good enough to relent and relinquish there happy money if a nice letter comes their way...

Notifying all - that I am pleased with 188----------

The sign up bonus terms and conditions state that:

'Obligation to bonus Terms and Conditions is fulfilled when the total balance reaches below the minimum bet amount [EUR 1, GBP 1, HKD 10, IDR 12,000, MYR 5, RMB 10, USD 1, THB 50 or SGD 2].'

Does anyone know whether having a balance of zero but with pending bets counts as having a total balance below the minimum bet for the purposes of this promotion?

Another stupid newbie question, sorry!

Thanks for the answers guys. In the end it didn't make any difference to me as I managed to get down to zero with them with no pending bets.

I agree that in all likelihood my e.g. wouldn't have counted. It was just that the terms were quite loosely worded in that they didn't really explain whether pending bets had to be considered when determining whether you had a balance less than the minimum stake.
